Senior Sales Manager – Financial Services

JOB PURPOSE

We are currently recruiting a competent and self-driven Senior Sales Manager to join our growing Technology UK Sales team. This is an exciting role where this individual will play an important part in driving the sales within the financial sector as an individual contributor. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Generate and sell into technical solutions into selected territories in EMEA
  • Meet assigned annual sales quotas
  • Drive growth and share of wallet in selected existing clients in the territory
  • Gain a clear understanding of customers' businesses and requirements, listening to customers and presenting appropriately to close a sale
  • Arrange & attend (virtual and Face to face) meetings with new and existing customers to drive revenue, utilizing new and preexisting contacts.
  • Work with the Push marketing team and wider business to generate new ideas for growth opportunities, drawing on personal expertise.
  • Application of information gathered from investigation and already gained Push product knowledge to meet the needs of the clients.
  • Giving presentations of the value proposition of Diffusion, Diffusion Mobile Application Platform, Reappt and other Push Technology products or services.
  • Managing the RFP and tender response process, including creation of proposals and commercial pricing.
  • Representing Push Technology at trade exhibitions, events and demonstrations.
  • Recording all personal sales activity on SalesForce CRM;
  • Advisory into the development of marketing literature and inbound and outbound campaigns. ​ ​

REQUIREMENTS

  • Previous experience in managing & selling complex IT software sales is essential for the success of this role. ​
  • You must have a very technical understanding of technology and software with the ability to communicate as part of the sales process​
  • Demo experience ​
  • Business to business sales background (B2B)​
  • Middleware sales experience.​
  • Benefits / Solution sales approach​
  • Extensive Financial sector experience, with direct access to pre-existing contacts​
  • Extensive experience in high end, enterprise level software sales​
  • Strong, proven sales track record selling directly to senior business leads – Procurement, COO and/or CTO

ADMIN​

  • Management & Reporting​
  • Provide Accurate Salesforce Reporting on all sales activity relating to the role.​
  • Build pipeline and forecast sales closure accurately.​
  • Attending team meetings and developing and sharing best practice with colleagues.​
  • Providing management with feedback from the field.​​

PRESENTATION SKILLS​

  • The ability to present to large audiences is an essential requirement, as the individual will be required to educate the end client on the value of Push Technology.​​

COMMUNICATION SKILLS​

  • Excellent verbal, written and audience communication skills – both internal and external are required. ​​

TEAM WORK​​

  • The ability to work within a team is critical to the success of this role. The successful individual will need to work with technical engineering, product marketing, marketing and pre-sales. ​
